Before the Shoot
Get in touch
Fill out my contact form or send me an email to let me know you’re interested and we will plan a free discovery call.
Discovery Call
I will ask you to talk about yourself and your business so that I can get to know you. I will tell you more about myself and what I can offer you as well!
Most importantly, we will brainstorm photoshoot ideas & locations that speak to your brand’s message, and we’ll look at photoshoot dates.
Booking
After our discovery call, I will email you a proposal with a client agreement and an invoice. Once these are taken care of the photoshoot is officially booked and we move on to planning!
Planning
I’ll ask you to make a Pinterest board to share your style with me. I’ll also make an interactive mood board with photos, a timeline, a prop list, and a shot list. Sometimes we will decide to have another planning call a couple of weeks to a few days before the photoshoot to talk over our ideas.
During the Shoot
I’ll give you direction
I will give you lots of different poses to try out and even scenarios to act out for fun candid shots.
Reassurance
I will show you the back of the camera every so often so that you can see how the photos are looking.
Whatever you need
Feel free to bring a couple of friends, family members or anyone who can cheer you on and make the day even more fun.
Creative collaboration
I am happy to try out any of your spur of the moment ideas, this is a flexible, customizable experience.
After the Shoot
Proof Gallery in 2-3 days
I’ll send you all the best photos in an online gallery so that you can choose your favorites for me to edit
Edits in 1-2 weeks
I will edit your selections and make sure they are perfect for you! Then after you okay the photos, I will set the photos for download and take off any watermarks. You will be able to download the photos in web-res and high-resolution.
Use the Photos
You can start using photos to promote your business on social media, update your headshot, refresh your website and more! I will give you a shoutout and tag your business on Instagram too!
